Let’s fix the startmenu crashing in version 2004.
This tutorial is about the startmenu crashing in Windows 10 version 2004.

- Go to Start
- Search for Scroll inactive windows when I hover over them
- Disable the feature

Disable the feature Scroll inactive windows when I hover over them as in the screenshot below.

Your start menu should work properly again.

This has been happening to me since I updated Windows to version 2004. Every time I try to scroll on the start menu, or try to open a folder in it, it crashes and restarts. I can only go through it by using the alphabet sorting thingy. Please help. I found this in the reliability
